We’re building ChatWithAds, an AI decision platform for paid media teams.

We’re looking for a solid hands-on engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end — from understanding the problem to architecture, development, testing and production.

What you’ll work on
AI agents and LLM-powered workflows
Full-stack SaaS product development
APIs, integrations and data pipelines
MCPs, automation and tool-calling systems
Building reliable backend systems for AI products
Frontend product experiences around insights, decisions and workflows
Improving performance, reliability and product velocity
Working closely with product and engineering leadership to ship rapid

What we’re looking for
Solid full-stack development experience
Solid backend and API architecture skills
Practical experience with LLM APIs and AI applications
Comfortable working with databases, queues,



integrations and cloud infrastructure
Ability to independently debug and solve complex problems
Strong product sense — you think beyond the ticket
Comfortable using AI coding tools to dramatically improve development speed
High ownership and bias toward shipping

Bonus
Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows
MCP / tool-calling experience
Experience with advertising, analytics or data-heavy SaaS products
Experience taking products from prototype to production
