Role Description The Motor Insurance Operations role is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves handling end-to-end motor insurance processes, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements.

Responsibilities include assessing customer requirements, preparing quotes, comparing products from multiple insurers, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. The position requires regular interaction with sales team to address queries, provide policy clarifications, and offer guidance that aligns with company standards for transparent and unbiased recommendations.



The role also involves coordination with insurance companies and internal teams to maintain service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Insurance and Motor Insurance operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of Insurance products and policies.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills relevant to premium calculations and policy comparisons.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and support.
Ability to work accurately with documentation, attention to detail, and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
Prior experience in motor insurance or general insurance operations is must.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant academic background in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields is beneficial.
