Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls.
Handle firewall policies, NAT, routing, VPN, security profiles, and access control.
Perform firewall deployment, implementation, and migration activities.
Troubleshoot network and security-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Work on POCs, security audits, deployments, and implementations.
Configure and troubleshoot IPsec and SSL VPN.
Monitor network security events and identify potential security threats.
Prepare network diagrams, configuration documents, and implementation reports.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and operations teams for project execution.
Ensure proper documentation of configurations and project activities.
Stay updated with the latest network security technologies and best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Network Security / Network Engineering.
Robust hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall is required.
Positive understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with firewall policy configuration, NAT, security profiles, and troubleshooting.
Positive understanding of network security concepts.
Experience in enterprise/customer environments will be preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Certification
Fortinet NSE 4 certification will be an added advantage.
