Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily branch operations and service delivery across the distribution network to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and digital adoption within branches to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Establish and enforce robust risk management, internal controls, and compliance standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Manage, mentor, and develop branch service teams, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, product launches, and service enhancement projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



related to service quality, operational efficiency, and audit ratings, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements
Proven leadership experience in branch operations, customer service, or retail banking distribution within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, and audit procedures.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across various business units.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a track record of driving process improvements.
