Role Description The PRT Teacher at Base 2 Core will focus on teaching primary-level students, delivering well-structured lessons that build robust foundational understanding across key subjects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves planning and conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support where needed.



The teacher will collaborate with other educators to align lesson plans with the institute’s “base to core” philosophy and maintain an engaging, disciplined, and inclusive learning setting.

Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, monitoring student performance, communicating with parents or guardians as required, and participating in academic meetings or training sessions to continuously improve teaching practices.

Qualifications
Strong teaching and education skills, with experience working with primary school students.
Proficiency in lesson planning and classroom organization to deliver structured, engaging sessions.
Effective communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
Training and facilitation abilities to support student development and collaborate with the academic team.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; a professional teaching qualification or B.Ed is preferred.
Ability to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and discipline.
Comfort with using basic educational tools and technology to enhance teaching and assessment.
Prior experience in coaching or tutoring for school curricula will be an advantage.
