Location: Delhi Job Type: Full time | Permanent Experience: 1–4 Years About the RoleWe are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, stock, distributor coordination, PI processing, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain stock/inventory records and monitor stock movement. Coordinate with distributors/dealers for orders, stock requirements, and dispatches . Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) and track their status.

Coordinate with Sales and Accounts for order processing and payment confirmation. Follow up with distributors for pending payments and outstanding amounts . Maintain distributor-wise payment, order, PI, and stock records.

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.



Identify and follow up on slow-moving/non-moving stock for clearance. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to stock, orders, PI, and payments.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Management to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills Positive knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Experience in stock/inventory and distributor management . Positive understanding of PI and order processing. Strong payment follow-up and coordination skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
