Inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished plastic products. Check product dimensions, appearance, weight and other quality parameters. Identify defects, rejection and quality deviations during injection molding production.

Inspect products as per approved samples, drawings and specifications. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges. Maintain daily inspection and quality records. Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.

Identify recurring defects and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure rejected products are properly identified and segregated. Follow quality procedures, safety rules and shop-floor standards.

Candidate Requirements

Must have relevant experience in the Plastic Manufacturing / Injection Molding industry.

Experience in inspecting plastic household products, bottles, containers, jars or similar products will be preferred. Valuable knowledge of plastic product defects and inspection methods. Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments. Positive observation, communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work on the production shop floor.
