Job Title: Quality Controller

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure that products meet the required quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, checking finished products, maintaining quality records, and identifying any quality issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety practices, and hygiene procedures, as well as coordinating with the production team to resolve quality-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure products meet company quality and safety standards.
Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain inspection records.
Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are followed.
Identify defects,



deviations, and non-conformities and report them to the concerned team.
Coordinate with production staff to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain accurate quality control documentation and reports.
Follow company policies, food safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
Support continuous improvement of quality and production processes.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the food/production industry.
Valuable knowledge of quality control and hygiene standards.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work in Bangalore.
