Coordinate driver onboarding, document collection, BGC, and verification processes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and conversion targets. Coordinate with vendors, franchise owners, telecallers, and operations teams.

Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status, and onboarding details in CRM or trackers. Identify reasons for lead rejection and take corrective action to improve conversion rates. Support newly onboarded drivers with activation, vehicle allocation, and basic queries.
