Job Summary

5–8 Years Summary: You will design robust integration patterns and handle the most complex interfaces. You are the expert who knows exactly when to use a standard TIBCO activity and when to write a custom Java class for performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design complex Orchestration flows and Error Handling frameworks (Global Exception Handling).
Performance Tuning: Optimize JVM heap settings for TIBCO engines and tune EMS store settings for throughput.
Develop custom Java libraries (JARs) to extend TIBCO functionality and manage version control.
Implement security standards (SSL/TLS, WS-Security, OAuth) for exposed services.
Lead the migration of legacy interfaces from older BW versions to newer stacks.
Mentor junior developers on best practices (e.g.,



avoiding "spaghetti code" in BW process design).

Skill Requirements

Expert-level knowledge of TIBCO BW (Designer & Studio).
Solid background in Java/J2EE and JMS (Java Message Service) patterns.
Experience with TIBCO Hawk for monitoring and rulebases.
Deep understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Microservices patterns.
Proficiency in Linux scripting for automation.
