About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Professional to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain and review ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial records.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.




Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
Support budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities as required.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / CA or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in CA Firms, corporate accounting, taxation, audit, or financial reporting will be preferred.
