HRBP for entire Kottayam Zone comprising of Kottayam,Kanjirapally and Muvattupuzha
-Partner with Business/Functional Heads on manpower and people-related matters.
Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention.
Drive performance management, probation confirmation and transfers.
Support manpower planning and recruitment for labs, collection centres, phlebotomy, sales, and support functions.
Monitor attrition, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower productivity.
