Requirements
Valuable communication skills.
Fluent in Hindi and good English communication.
Solid convincing and sales conversation skills.
Experience in telesales and telemarketing.
Positive customer relationship and customer handling skills.
Prior experience in the jewellery industry is required/preferred as per the company requirement.
Must be confident while speaking with customers over the phone and handling customer inquiries.
