Robust track record in B2B and B2C sales, including handling dealers, distributors, institutional clients, and government tenders.
Prior experience in team leadership, managing sales targets, and developing marketing strategies for industrial or construction products.

Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs in the pipe/steel sector.app.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Hindi and English
Proficiency with CRM tools, ERP systems, and basic digital marketing platforms

Key Responsibilities

Based in Raipur, with willingness to travel within Chhattisgarh and neighboring states for client meetings and market visits

Salary Range (Indicative)
For 15 years of experience in this domain, salaries in Raipur typically range between ₹9–15 LPA, depending on the company size and performance incentives
