Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products, services, prices, and promotional offers clearly.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments when required. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up activities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets. Handle customer questions and complaints professionally. Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams. RequirementsHigh school, diploma, or graduate qualification.

Valuable verbal communication and active-listening skills.



Fluency in English and relevant regional languages. Basic computer knowledge, including CRM and Microsoft Office. Confident, polite, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.

Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer-service experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.
