Role Overview

The HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll support, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety and works well across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews,



and offer rollout
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for recent joiners
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance/accounts
Address employee queries and grievances; support employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
Assist in performance appraisal cycles and HR policy implementation
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Maintain and update HR MIS reports

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
1–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role (manufacturing industry preferred)
Positive knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; HRMS software knowledge is a plus
Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
