The role involves customer interaction, outbound calling, lead follow-up, sales coordination, and maintaining customer-related data using MS Excel. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain financial products and services to customers. Generate and follow up on leads. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports. Update customer and lead information in Excel/CRM. Follow up with customers regarding applications and documentation. Achieve assigned daily and monthly activity targets.





Maintain skilled communication with customers.

Required

SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Customer-handling and convincing skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work with targets. Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage. Stipend & Career Opportunity 0–6 Months: ₹14,000 per month 6–12 Months: ₹18,000 per month After successful completion of 1 year: Opportunity for on-role conversion as Sales Executive , subject to performance and company requirements.
