Company Description Quickit is a quick-growing, on-demand home services startup based in Lucknow. We provide premium, instant household help—including home cleaning, cooking, and car wash services—directly to residential societies. We are looking for a highly driven Supply & Operations Manager to ensure our service partners deliver a flawless, on-time experience every single day.

What You Will Do
Daily Dispatch & Tracking: Manage live partner allocations within tight 3–5 km micro-clusters to ensure maximum efficiency and eliminate travel delays.
Morning Roll Call: Verify all scheduled partners are online, active, and ready for peak morning booking slots.
SLA Enforcement: Enforce our strict "15-Minute Rule." If a partner isn't moving 15 minutes before a booking, you will intervene, troubleshoot, or reroute immediately.
Ground Support: Act as the first line of defense for partner escalations, vehicle breakdowns, or customer navigation issues.
Performance Monitoring:



Use our daily Google Sheets dashboards to track fulfillment rates, active hours, and partner utilization metrics.

What We Are Looking For
Deep familiarity with Lucknow’s geography, routes, and major residential societies.
High energy and the ability to think on your feet during high-pressure peak hours.
Solid analytical mindset; comfortable using spreadsheets and live dashboards to make quick dispatch decisions.
Excellent street-smart communication skills to manage and motivate service partners firmly but fairly.
(Optional) Prior experience in logistics, hyper-local delivery, or fleet management is a huge plus.
