Deliver theory and practical training as per the approved curriculum and training plan. Provide hands-on training in basic electrical, electronics, mechanical and general maintenance activities . Demonstrate installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.

Train candidates in the protected and proper use of tools, equipment and testing instruments . Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to improve candidate competency. Explain workplace safety procedures, preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting .

Monitor candidate attendance, participation and learning progress. Conduct practical exercises, assignments and internal assessments as required. Support candidates in preparing for final assessment and certification .

Maintain training records, attendance sheets, assessment records and other required documentation. Ensure compliance with project SOPs, QP requirements and applicable training standards . Maintain the cleanliness, safety and readiness of the practical laboratory/workshop.

Coordinate with the Centre Manager and Project Team regarding training progress and candidate performance. Provide additional support and remedial training to candidates who require improvement.
