Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to join our firm as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The role involves handling initial candidate communication, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates for job opportunities
Screen candidates based on basic job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates & hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations and feedback
Maintain daily reports of calls, interviews, and candidate status
Update and manage candidate data in CRM/Excel sheets
Support Recruitment manager in recruitment activities and hiring processes

Required Skills




Valuable communication skills (English)
Confident on calls and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
