Pure editing firepower. You cut Reels and Shorts that stop thumbs and hold attention. You know trends before they peak, you know why a short goes viral, and you have the numbers to prove you have done it.

What you'll do
Edit Reels and Shorts daily: hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, trending audio.
Repurpose our long-form YouTube videos into shorts built to perform, not just clipped.
Jump on trends same-day: formats, sounds, and styles, adapted to our niche.
Edit for retention: the first 2 seconds, the mid-video dip, and the loop.
Match and evolve our visual style: subtitles, motion, color, brand consistency.
Work with the content team on hooks and concepts, then own the edit end to end.
Hit daily deadlines. Volume and quality, both.

Who we're looking for
A short-form editor with at least one edit that has genuinely gone viral.



You will show us the numbers.
1 to 3 years of hands-on short-form editing. CapCut and/or Premiere Pro required, After Effects is a bonus.
Lives on Reels and Shorts. Spots formats early, understands why they work, adapts rapid.
Solid instinct for hooks, pacing, captions, and sound. You edit for retention, not decoration.
Rapid, organised, and reliable with daily output.
Hindi English content sensibility.
