Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Raise headcount requests to obtain necessary approvals based on the requirements shared by concerned line managers
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, employee referrals and consultants etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate selection discussions and obtain hiring approvals.
Releasing offer letters to selected candidates and completing all post-selection activities
Participate in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events to support apprenticeship programme as per the statutory requirements
2. Candidate Experience
Ensure a qualified and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations within approved guidelines.

Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of current employees.
Track joining status and manage onboarding records. Recent hire induction programmes

4. Recruitment Planning & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
Generate periodic recruitment reports for management review.

Leadership and supervisory development programs
Compliance training administration
Training vendor coordination
Training effectiveness tracking
