Assist in planning, creating, and publishing daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Support the team in executing digital campaigns, promotional activities, and influencer collaborations. Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and audience preferences relevant to the D2C space.
Track and report on social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions as guided by the team.
