Job Responsibilities
Conduct soft skills training sessions for students.
Train students in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Conduct sessions on interview skills, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.
Develop and deliver engaging training activities and practical exercises.
Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support students in improving confidence, personality, and employability skills.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding training schedules and student progress.
Maintain basic training records and reports.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or student development.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Solid interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
