We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis. Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments. Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar. Knowledge of applicable tax and statutory regulations.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Positive organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
SkillsGST and TDS knowledge.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
