RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role. Female candidates are preferred. Positive verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge. Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach. Ability to make regular calls and maintain follow-ups.
