The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our IT services, generating leads, understanding customer requirements and arranging follow-ups or meetings with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners Introduce Fruxinfo IT services professionally Generate and qualify leads through phone calls Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities Follow up with interested customers Schedule meetings and video calls with potential clients Maintain daily call and lead records Coordinate with the sales and technical team Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets Required Skills Good communication and convincing skills Confident and smart personality Positive Gujarati and Hindi communication Basic to valuable English communication Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with new customers Basic computer knowledge Valuable follow-up skills Target-oriented and enthusiastic Preferred Candidate We are looking for a candidate who is smart, energetic, disciplined and interested in building a long-term career in IT sales. Basic knowledge of websites, mobile applications, software development or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Salary ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and performance. Performance-based incentives may be provided based on lead generation and sales performance.
