About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful US IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and managing top tech talent for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Source IT Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates for various tech roles including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
Track Recruitment Data: Maintain and update candidate records using MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from resume screening and interviews to scheduling and offer rollouts.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:



Coordinate with US-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment during the hiring process.
Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Communicate transparently and consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ year of experience in US recruitment (preferably in IT or technical roles)
Expertise in IT roles and technologies such as AI, software development, and cloud computing
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals; experience with an ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a quick-paced work setting
Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
