Job Description:
Manage and administer VMware vSphere settings (ESXi, vCenter).
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
Monitor and maintain virtual machines, clusters, and storage, NetApp
Perform patching and upgrades.
Troubleshoot VMware, Windows OS, NetApp, and infrastructure-related issues.
Perform VM provisioning, snapshot management, and basic performance tuning.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cohesity backup, restore, and replication operations.
Troubleshoot backup failures, performance issues, connectivity issues, and backup-related alerts in Cohesity.
Coordinate with cross functional teams for issue resolution.
Maintain documentation and follow ITSM processes.
