Job Title: SME/ Team Leader/ Senior Manager RCM Location: Hyderabad WFO Shift: Night shifts, 5 days working We are seeking experienced specialists at SME, Team Leader and Manager levels who are skilled in AR Calling and Denials Management with expertise in hospitals billing. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on AR Calling & Denials processes and ensure compliance with billing standards.
Participate in claims meetings and contribute to the creation and implementation of action plans based on client requirements.
Analyze and identify areas for process improvements, offering actionable recommendations for increasing client satisfaction and organizational profitability.
Monitor and ensure service quality in the AR Calling and Denials process.




Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and current hires on process improvements and technical aspects of AR Calling & Denials.
Conduct quality audits and offer feedback to improve operational efficiency.
Offer subject matter expertise to resolve complex claims issues and troubleshoot challenges.
Ensure team members adhere to necessary operational procedures and assist with ongoing process enhancements.
Collaborate with other departments to align process improvements with the organization's goals.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and ensuring optimal service delivery.
