Job Description :
Handle product development activities for agrochemical, organic, bio and agricultural products.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Purchase, Quality and Marketing teams for product development.
Support development and improvement of product packaging and product requirements.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Ensure product development activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Prepare product presentations, brochures, leaflets, banners and promotional content.




Coordinate with external agencies for product-related audio/video and promotional activities.
Maintain product development documentation and project records.
Track project timelines, activities and development progress.
Support product launch activities in coordination with Sales & Marketing.
Suggest current product ideas and improvements based on market requirements.
Provide induction and on-the-job training to recent team members.
