Role & responsibilities
Ensure breakdown calls are attended on time.
Ensure service revenue targets are achieved.
Send technical report to Ashok Leyland and take approvals.
Ensure warranty claims are settled on time.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Improve turn around time for service.
Manages the day-to-day activities of the workshop, including scheduling, work allocation, and quality control.
Ensures adherence to manufacturer's guidelines and industry best practices.
Monitors technician performance and provides feedback and training.
Diagnoses complex technical issues and provides guidance to technicians
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate enginners below 35 years of age
Experience of TATA, ASHOK LEYLAND, BHARAT BENZ, EICHER is required.
Must have computer knowledge
