Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business prospects across jewellery manufacturers, retailers, brands, exporters, wholesalers and diamond companies.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and jewellery industry stakeholders.
Drive sales of grading, certification and related gemological services.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand business requirements and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal grading, operations and customer-service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
