Nirmaan Glass and Plywoods is an architectural glass manufacturer on Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru. We process and fabricate toughened glass, shower partitions, glass railings, facade glazing, mirrors and plywood in our own plant, and supply architects, builders, contractors and interior designers across the city. Our family has been in Bangalore's glass and plywood trade since the mid-1960s.

Role and responsibilities:

This is a full field sales job. Your day is spent outside - architects' offices, sites, fabricator shops.

Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and glass fabricators across your Bengaluru territory

Generate and follow up enquiries for glass, shower partitions, railings and plywood

Take site requirements and measurements, and hand a clean brief to our estimation team

Follow quotations through to confirmed orders, negotiating within approved rates

Coordinate with production and dispatch so delivery dates are met





Collect payments on time and keep your outstanding list clean

Log every visit and follow-up daily

Preferred candidate profile:

2 to 5 years of field sales experience - building materials preferred (glass, plywood, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, paints)

Bengaluru based, with your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence

Kannada, plus Hindi or English

A smartphone, and comfort with WhatsApp and basic apps

PUC, Diploma or Graduate

Perks and advantages:

Fixed salary of Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month, based on experience

Incentive on collected orders - not capped

Travel and fuel allowance paid separately

Direct access to the owner - no layers to push approvals through

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Sunday off.
