Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure profitability of the branch, and contribution to the revenue of the state by ensuring all Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy. All constituents of the branch functions in a seamless manner & build synergy in overall operations of the Unit.

Required Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with the public
Positive analytic skills, judgment and ability to make independent decisions informed by both quantitative and qualitative data (including informal feedback from stakeholders and non-business context: socio-political-religious environmental factors)
Ability to work with minimal direction. Self-starter
Positive interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
Positive leadership and people management skills, with ability to manage people both directly and indirectly at multiple levels and remotely
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems
Demonstrated potential to take initiative in building a growing customer base and team
