Role & responsibilities
Handle daily cash receipts and payments at the branch.
Ensure accurate cash balancing and cash book maintenance.
Process customer transactions and issue receipts.
Manage petty cash and maintain related records.
Prepare daily cash reports and MIS.
Coordinate with banks for cash deposits and withdrawals.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory guidelines.
Support branch operations and customer service activities.
Support in cross-selling and branch sales targets
Lead generation for Insurance (Motor & Life), FD, SIP, Personal Loan
