Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for recent hires, covering both technical and soft skills.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop interactive learning materials and assessments.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to ensure effective process implementation.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and create targeted training solutions.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to ensure seamless process execution.

Job Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in an international BPO or call center setting.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
Experience as a process trainer is preferred.
Familiarity with banking processes and international BPO operations is desirable.
