Role & responsibilities
Handle and coordinate land and revenue-related matters for real-estate projects.
Coordinate with Revenue Department offices and government authorities.
Follow up on RTC, mutation, survey, land conversion, khata and other land records.
Assist in obtaining necessary government approvals and clearances.
Review and provide guidance on land and property-related documents.
Coordinate with Tahsildar, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Registrar and other relevant offices as required.
Follow up on pending applications and resolve documentation-related issues.
Provide practical guidance on government procedures and revenue matters.
Support the company in land acquisition, property verification and development-related matters.
Maintain records of applications, documents, approvals and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile




Retired Revenue Department employee/officer preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Revenue Department.
Strong practical knowledge of Karnataka land and revenue procedures.
Experience in land records, property matters, survey, mutation and land conversion.
Valuable understanding of government office procedures and documentation.
Experience coordinating with Revenue Department and other government authorities.
Candidates with prior experience handling real-estate or land-related matters will be preferred.
Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Any Graduate qualification preferred.
Candidates who can work on a consultancy/part-time/full time basis may be considered.
