We are looking for an experienced Business Development qualified with a Electrical ,Civil, Mechanical, or MEP background who can generate current business opportunities, identify projects in the market, and procure recent project orders for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Visit project sites, companies, consultants, contractors, and clients to identify business opportunities.
Identify upcoming MEP, HVAC, PHE, Fire Fighting, Electrical projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Procure new projects and support the company in achieving business targets.
Track upcoming tenders and projects in the assigned region.
Coordinate with estimation, technical, and execution teams for proposals and quotations.




Negotiate with clients and follow up until project closure.
Maintain a database of potential clients and upcoming projects.

Required Skills
5 - 8 years of experience in Business Development / Project Procurement .
Electrical ,Mechanical, or MEP background mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the construction and MEP market.
Valuable client-handling and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and networking abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Ability to independently generate leads and procure projects.
