Salary: CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.2 LPA during the probation period.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in U.S. Accounting and Finance Operations .

The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. Accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, financial documentation, MIS reporting, and related accounting activities .

Key Responsibilities
Learn and work on U.S. Accounting processes and practices .
Work with QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
Assist with payroll management and payroll processing .
Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel .
Assist with invoicing and timesheet management .
Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.




Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements.
Support day-to-day U.S. accounting activities .
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility & Education
Freshers Only.
MBA (Finance) preferred.
B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or any Finance-related field .
Valuable communication skills in English .
Telugu and Hindi communication skills required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts is an advantage.
Candidates must be willing to work in the U.S. Night Shift .

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS
One-Year Employment Bond / Agreement is mandatory for current joiners.
Selected candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with the company.
Candidates must submit their SSC memo or higher-education memo/certificate for verification as part of the joining process
