Key Responsibilities
Counsel Indian nurses on overseas career opportunities in Germany and working professionals interested in caregiving opportunities in Japan.
Promote German language training programs and relevant packages.
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Build solid relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the process.
Maintain lead and conversion records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and persuasive approach.
Positive follow-up and client management skills.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
