Role & responsibilities
Customer Contact: Call, email, or visit borrowers with overdue Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) to secure payments.
Field Visits: Conduct local area travels across the region to trace defaulting or hard-to-reach clients.
Plan Negotiation: Set up realistic payment schedules or structured settlements for struggling accounts.
Record Keeping: Update software and logs daily with customer interaction notes, promises to pay, and collected amounts.
