Patient / Customer Care
To comply with the quality process & policies of the respective area.

Process Orientation / Documentation
Coordination of NABH/JCI Committees meetings as per the calendar
Review Minutes of Councils meetings.
Ensure effectiveness of committee meetings.
Collation & Submission of monthly reports & dashboard.
Annual updation of policies and manuals

Accreditations: NABH/JCI
Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation

Audits & QI projects
Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
Provide feedback to departments.
Support and implement QI projects.
Closure of Non conformities.
Quarterly audit are conducted

Quality Assurance
Management of reliable untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualification - MBBS with MHA (Preferable)
