Role & responsibilities :
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Explain NIA EV scooters, features, pricing and offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer details and daily enquiry records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirement candidate profile :
Female candidates with valuable communication and a pleasant personality.
Tamil & English communication required.
Hindi is an advantage.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
