Role & responsibilities
Monitor daily cash collections and ensure timely bank/CMS deposits.
Reconcile cash collections with bank credits and system records.
Track pending deposits, shortages, excesses, and collection variances.
Verify deposit slips, receipts, and supporting documents.
Maintain daily collection and deposit MIS reports.
Follow up with branches, operators, and field teams for pending collections.
Resolve unmatched/unapplied bank credits and reconciliation discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and audit trails for cash transactions.
Coordinate with Finance, Banks, and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with cash-handling policies and internal controls.
