Role & responsibilities
Coordinate international transportation operations.
Manage major/key accounts with high shipment volumes.
Track import/export shipments and provide timely customer updates.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and customs brokers.
Handle shipping and customs documentation
Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customer escalations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
Maintain shipment, billing, and customer records in ERP systems.
Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in major account handling and customer relationship management.
Robust knowledge of international transportation.
Hands-on experience with ERP software.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
