Role & responsibilities :

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile products.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and UX opportunities.
Translate business requirements and user problems into transparent UX strategies and product experiences.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design complex workflows while keeping the experience simple and intuitive for users.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable design components.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Teams, and other stakeholders.
Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
Conduct design reviews, usability evaluations, and heuristic evaluations.
Identify UX issues through user feedback and continuously improve the product experience.
Maintain consistency, accessibility, and usability across different product touchpoints.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving the overall design process.
Present design concepts and decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design.




Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design.
Robust experience with:

User Research

Information Architecture

User Flows

Wireframing

Prototyping

Interaction Design

Usability Testing

Design Systems
Proficiency in Figma and experience with tools such as Adobe XD, FigJam, or similar.
Proficiency in AI Design tools.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Ability to simplify complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with developers and understanding design feasibility.
Basic understanding of accessibility and WCAG principles.

Preferred Experience :

Experience working on fintech, banking, healthcare, SaaS, or other complex digital products.

Experience designing products with large user bases.

Experience conducting competitive analysis and identifying UX gaps.

Experience mentoring or managing other designers.

Experience working in an agile/product development workplace.
