Must Have
• Experience in SAP IS Retail and Retail domain
• Lead SAP functional Consultant role
• Robust knowledge in standard SAP MM
• Knowledge in ITIL Process
• Experience in AMS environment
• Explicit communication skill in English mandatory
• Solid Client facing capabilities.
• Strong Knowledge of IDOC processing and errors
• Robust sense of Ownership and Analytical approach
• Good experience in Retail IS Domain
• Certification in SAP MM / Logistics
• Guide / mentor Team members to analyze / resolve the Incidents
Desirable • Knowledge in SAP SD
• Experience in handling interface related issues
