Job Summary

Architect and design scalable, secure, and productive ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Gather business requirements from SMEs and Product Owners and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead ServiceNow development and administration across CSM and other platform modules.
Design and develop Service Catalogs, catalog items, workflows, approvals, and self-service solutions.
Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and common integration patterns.
Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, AngularJS, scripting, and workflow automation.
Manage Update Sets, instance migrations, deployments, upgrades, and platform patching.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting user stories, testing, defect management,



and development activities.
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and administrators, and enforce ServiceNow development standards and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions while ensuring solid architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
