Job Description:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers in English.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Shift Details:
Rotational Night Shifts
Rotational Weekoffs
2-Way Cab Facility provided for with in the radius of 23km





Salary Take Home:
Fresher: 19,000/month
6 to 18 months experience: 23,000/month
Above 18 months: 27,000/month

Key Skills Required:
Positive spoken English and communication skills
Valuable listening and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
Willingness to work with rotational weekoffs
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Experience: Freshers and candidates with international voice/customer support experience can apply.
